Compelling Niches

We invest where complexity creates mispricing...

helping partners win in overlooked markets with durable demand and clear edge.

Focused Capital Allocation

Why we do what we do

We started Griggs Capital Partners because we’ve lived in the gap.

There’s a wide stretch of the market where great lower-to-mid market businesses don’t fit the usual boxes. They’re too small for traditional private equity. Too real-world for venture capital. And they often need more than a check—they need a partner who will roll up their sleeves, help professionalize operations, and stay close to the work as the business scales.

That’s where we belong.

Our roots are owner-operator. We’ve built, acquired, and operated businesses. We know the pressure of payroll, the complexity of growth, and the difference between a good idea and a repeatable system. We’ve learned that the businesses that endure aren’t just well-funded—they’re well-led, well-structured, and run with discipline.

That’s why our strategy is simple—and why it works.

At the end of the day, we do this because we love the work: building enduring businesses with good people, in places where thoughtful operators can still win.
